Other than as required by law, Cybergizer does not collect any special categories of personal data about your ethnicity, race, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, health information and genetic and biometric data. Cybergizer also does not collect information about criminal convictions and offences.
DATA DISCLOSURE AND TRANSFERS
Cybergizer may disclose your personal data to following subjects:
· banks, e-money institutions in order to make payments, open and maintain Cybergizer accounts;
· courts and law enforcement bodies according to them lawful request;
· State tax department, Social Insurance Fund Board, Employment Service, Migration department and other governmental bodies in order to fulfil Cybergizer legal obligations related with taxation, employment and migration procedures;
· Other subjects in accordance with lawful basics and a prior notice to you.
Cybergizer may process information on servers in many countries around the world. Those countries may not have the same data protection laws (and, in some cases, may not be as protective) as the country you reside in.
Our company, however, shall take appropriate steps to comply with applicable legal requirements and provide adequate protection for the transfers of personal data outside of the EEA and Switzerland.
To the extent that these data recipients are in countries that have not been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection, we ensure that appropriate safeguards providing such a level of data protection are in place, including entering into the European Commission’s EU Standard Contractual Clauses with data recipients, or ensuring that the data recipient has certified to the EU and third countries Privacy Shield Frameworks, or has implemented Binding Corporate Rules. Your compliant shall be addressed to Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate in accordance with it’s rules prescribed atwww.vdai.gov.lt . However, we would appreciate it if you contacted us first and gave us an opportunity to resolve the issue.

This Privacy Policy is dated 26 May, 2021.
If there are updates to the terms of Cybergizer's Privacy Policy, we will post those changes and update the revision date in this document, so you will always know what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
