This Policy provides an overview of how Cybergizer collects, uses, shares, stores and protects your personal data.

This Privacy Policy does not govern the practices of entities that Cybergizer does not own or control, or entities that do not own or control our company, or people that we do not employ or manage.

  • submit a request/inquiry about Cybergizer products or services
  • communicate with Cybergizer representatives by email, phone or other telecommunication means
  • access (view/download) specific (gated) content

 

Additionally, we may collect business contact details when exchanging business cards at trade shows, exhibitions, meetups and other events.

We collect this information in order to:

  • answer business-related queries
  • prepare agreements
  • make payments
  • maintain our bookkeeping
  • provide quotes for customer’s project
  • organize the meeting, call, zoom or any other event or communication (please note,  that this communication may be recorded and stored by Cybergizer representative in our system, if you have given your consent)
  • enable our customers/partners/ employees to publish materials,  interviews, opinions, comments, blogs, podcasts, photos and videos, as  well as organize their participation in interactive features of Cybergizer service when you choose to do so

Processed personal data in order to answer into queries, prepare and provide commercial offers, organize or participate in meetings, events etc. shall be erased after 1 calendar year from the day of personal data receiving.

Processed personal data in order to prepare and perform agreement, maintain bookkeeping shall be erased after 15 financial years + 6 months from the day of agreement conclusion, invoice issuance or other document preparation.

Recruitment, internship

based either on legal obligations stated at Lithuanian tax laws, Labour Code, Cybergizer legitimate interest or contract, or steps necessary to enter into a contract (art. 6 para. 1 (a), (b), (c) or (f) GDPR )

If you are potential employee or intern, we request to provide a CV where you shall indicate at least your full name, contact details, information about education, work experience, language skills. If you are an employee of Cybergizer, we request to provide  data and documents

These data are collected and processed in order to:

  • process your application for job positions we offer
  • prepare an employment / internship agreement
  • provide special leave or other specific guarantees according to the Labor Law
  • pay salary
  • maintain bookkeeping records

Candidates for recruitment / internship data shall be erased after 1 calendar year from the day of CV receiving, if employment or internship agreement is not concluded.

Employees / interns personal data shall be erased after 50 financial years + 6 months from the employment or internship agreement conclusion.

 

Identification of ultimate beneficial owner

based on legal obligation stated at Lithuanian tax laws, Law on prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing (art. 6 para. 1(c) GDPR )

We request to provide data before the transaction of shares or immediately after the transaction.

These data are collected and processed in order to:

·        maintain internal register of shares transactions

·        maintain bookkeeping

·        disclose shareholders at State registers

·        open and maintain Cybergizer accounts in banks, e-money institutions

Ultimate beneficial owner data shall be erased when the Cybergizer is liquated from the Register of legal entities.

 

Other than as required by law, Cybergizer does not collect any special categories of personal data about your ethnicity, race, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, health information and genetic and biometric data. Cybergizer also does not collect information about criminal convictions and offences.

 

DATA DISCLOSURE AND TRANSFERS


Cybergizer may disclose your personal data to following subjects:

·        banks, e-money institutions in order to make payments, open and maintain Cybergizer accounts;

·        courts and law enforcement bodies according to them lawful request;

·        State tax department, Social Insurance Fund Board, Employment Service, Migration department and other governmental bodies in order to fulfil Cybergizer legal obligations related with taxation, employment and migration procedures;

·        Other subjects in accordance with lawful basics and a prior notice to you.

Cybergizer may process information on servers in many countries around the world. Those countries may not have the same data protection laws (and, in some cases, may not be as protective) as the country you reside in.

Our company, however, shall take appropriate steps to comply with applicable legal requirements and provide adequate protection for the transfers of personal data outside of the EEA and Switzerland.

To the extent that these data recipients are in countries that have not been recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection, we ensure that appropriate safeguards providing such a level of data protection are in place, including entering into the European Commission’s EU Standard Contractual Clauses with data recipients, or ensuring that the data recipient has certified to the EU and third countries Privacy Shield Frameworks, or has implemented Binding Corporate Rules.  If you would like to get copy of reference to the appropriate or suitable safeguards and the means, please contact us by email privacy@cybergizer.com.

  • You have the right to lodge a complaint  if you have concerns about how we process your personal data.  Your compliant shall be addressed to Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate in accordance with it’s rules prescribed atwww.vdai.gov.lt . However, we would appreciate it if you contacted us first and gave us an opportunity to resolve the issue.

 

 

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy is dated 26 May, 2021.

If there are updates to the terms of Cybergizer's Privacy Policy, we will post those changes and update the revision date in this document, so you will always know what information we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.

If major changes occur to this Policy, Cybergizer will inform you via email or via posting a notice on our website.
